- Asia people who experience depression, anxiety, psychosis or any other mental health distress
- Who is currently under the care of a mental health clinical team, GP, Psychiatrist
- Residing in the Waitemata district (North Shore, West Auckland and Rodney district)

- A team of Cultural Support Coordinators with different professional qualifications, different Asian cultural backgrounds and life experiences
What services do we offer?
For clients in hospital and community settings
- Provide engagement and communication support between clients/family members and WDHB clinicians
- Provide social & cultural assessment
- Provide psycho-education to clients/family members
- Provide life skill counseling
- Coordinate appropriate support services for clients and family members
- Navigate and support clients and family members to understand the health system and access to community resources
- Support clients to identify their strengths to achieve their personal goals
- Collaborate with clinical teams and local communities
Referrals
- Anyone can make the referral to use our services, e.g. self referral, GP, psychiatrists, counselor, and other practitioners
